Access and Use of the Application

The application is available only to drivers who have been granted access by the company administrator. There is no option to register new users through the application. Access is made through unique credentials provided by the administrator. Use must comply with the administrator's instructions and company policies. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the application.

Application Functionality

The application provides tools for monitoring drivers, assigning requests and routing. Drivers must use the application in accordance with its defined functions and report any problem or anomaly to the administrator.

Security of Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Any unauthorised access or use must be reported immediately to the administrator. The company is not liable for any damage caused by unauthorised use of credentials.

Restrictions on Use

Copying, reproducing, distributing or any other use of the application beyond its defined functionality is prohibited. Users must not attempt to disassemble, reverse-engineer or breach the security of the application.

Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to access and use the application under these terms. Users are obliged to immediately notify the administrator of any change in their details or anomaly in the use of the application. Users may not use the application for any illegal or unauthorised activity.

Intellectual Property

The application and all of its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Use of the application does not grant users any right over copyrights or other intellectual-property rights. Any commercial use of the application without the written consent of the company is prohibited.

The company does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. The company is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
